Ingredients

* 5 cups of dark brown sugar * 3 cups of crushed strawberries * 2 bags of Gelatin

How to make Strawberry butter


  1. cook the strawberries on the stove until boiling. Stir constantly.
  2. slowly add sugar and gelatin.
  3. cook until slightly thickened.

    umm this is strawberry jam... :( for a moment I thought it was some awesome combination of strawberry jam and butter.. but it's ok :) i love strawberry jam anyway!

    I thought fruit butters don't contain sugar? And jams do...
