Ingredients
* 4 Beets * 1 cup of brown sugar * 1/2 cup butter * a squeeze of lime juiceHow to make Sweet beets
- Roast the beets for 45 minutes at 350°.
- After cool, peel and cut into bite sized pieces.
- in a saute pan, add butter and brown sugar.
- When melted, add beets and stir.
- Add a splash of lime juice and serve.
Whatever you do, don’t throw away the greens
