Ingredients

For 初一十五 I made this for my bro. It's veggie day =P he didn't want lo mein w/ oyster sauce o.O

• Potatoes
• Butter
• Garlic
• Olive oil (not EVOO)
• Cheese
• Salt
• Pepper
• Hello Kitty spatula (optional)

How to make 薯仔 nub nub >_<

1. Peel, dice, let the cubes take a cold bath until ready to use.

2. Drain.

3. Add oil, Heat Pan, add garlic...add cubes

4. Let it cook on its own.

5. Add all the other stuff when it's almost done. *except cheese

6. Turn off heat add cheese. Done.
