Brussel Sprouts Made Tasty Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Pound Fresh Brussel Sprouts Shredded (ends trimmed and yellowed leaves removed)
- 2 Tablespoons Duck Fat (or you can use bacon fat, olive oil or butter)
- 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 Cup Toasted and Chopped Hazelnuts (or you can use pecans or walnuts)
- Kosher Salt

- Heat duck fat in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Once hot, add brussels sprouts.
- Stir brussel sprouts to coat in fat. Continue to stir to keep from burning.
- Once edges start to brown, stir in dried cranberries and nuts.
- Stir again to thoroughly coat contents of pan. Brussels sprouts should have brown spots, in places, but be bright green and still crunchy.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Serve while warm.
