Ingredients
- 2 oz. of Dassai Ginjyo Sake
- 2 oz. of Lychee juice
- 1 Fresh pitted Lychee
How to make Lychee Sake Martini
Drop 1 fresh lychee into a martini glass and chill in a freezer.
Mix equal parts of lychee juice & Dassai Ginjyo Sake together. Shake with ice and serve straight up.
I got tired of seeing the usual stuff at the local bars around my area. So, I decided to tinker with some fresh fruit and liquor at home. This one is best on a hot summer afternoon.
