Ingredients
1 cup cooked Japanese short grain rice1/2 cup drained tuna of choice
1/2 cup canned sweet corn
1 tbsp Kewpie mayo (do not use American mayo or miracle whip, for the love of god! it will taste horrible!)
sprinkling of black pepper
How to make Tuna mayo raisu
On top of your hot rice, add your tuna, and corn. Drizzle the mayo over the top in a posh zig zag fashion. Sprinkle with pepper. Enjoy!
AGAIN - use the Japanese brand Kewpie for this. trust me.
This was a snack we had often in Japan! Mayo on rice is good o3o

ShoggothDreams saysGreat recipe, and very creative Fusion. One thing to be aware of: many people can't eat Kewpie brand mayo, as it has MSG. For me, if I have a small amount, I just have a migraine for a few hours. (a lot and I have heart attack symptoms.) However, if anyone else is effected by MSG, take Taurine, it neutralizes the symptoms!

Papermoon saysI had no idea! I know that a lot of asian foods do include MSG. This is very informative, thank you. I'm sure it will help someone. (now I feel bad for loving it so much haha!)

Jaylene saysLooks great. Yeah, Kewpie Mayo has MSG and rice wine in it, lol. Hence why it's sooo good. I'll try this tomorrow. :)
