Ginger & honey broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut in florets
Dressing:
- 1 table spoon of light soy sauce
- 1 table spoon of rice vinegar
- 1 table spoon of pickled ginger, minced
- 1 table spoon of honey
- 1 table spoon of white sesame - for garnish
How to make Ginger & honey broccoli
- Steam broccoli for about 5 min.
- Cool and place in salad bowl.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey over hot water bath to help honey to dissolve, add ginger mix again.
- Pour dressing over broccoli and sprinkle with sesame.














Hey I make this as well. But I also use stir fired chicken strips to it. I use garlic rather than ginger though. :)
