Ingredients

200 grams of ocsypek, Polish sheep cheese, sliced (regional product made in Polish mountain regions)
chili powder
black pepper

How to make Grilled Oscypek

Sprinkle cheese slices with chili and pepper.
Grill 5 min in preheated oven.
Serve at top of rosemary baked potatoes.
