Ingredients

Raw mango - 1 big

Garlic cloves - 5

Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Sugar - 2 teaspoons

Green chillies - 3

Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Quantity: Roughly 250gms

How to make Raw Mango Sauce


This is a really simple, quick and easy one! I usually fix this up before a long lazy day watching movies. It goes perfectly with chips, stuffed omellete sandwiches and even as a garnish for dals/lentils.

Here you go:

Step One: Peel the mango and put the pulp in a grinder along with the other ingredients.

Step Two: Grind.

Step Three: Serve!

I like my dips spicy, but if you're a bit on the meek side, you might be ok with just 2 chillis instead of 3.

The same recipe also works with boiled peas to give an awesome mashed peas dish, which is a great alternative to mashed potatoes. The recipe also works with boiled black eyed peas.
