DelirioI prepared them and they are just amazing... One thought though: Sift the custard powder since if not, it does makes lumps on the dough. And, I had to add other nuts (run out of walnuts)an they tasted fab! Thanks for the recipe!!! One question :Why do you add the custard powder? (Just out of curiosity...)

Replace the 2 eggs with 2 rounded tablespoons of pumpkin puree and add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg... holy crap, you will be IN LOVE with the results. This is an excellent pancake recipe, though! :D
