Ingredients
- 500g potatoes
- 1 stock cube (vegetable, chicken or meat)
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- parsley
- olive oil
- vinegar
- pepper
How to make Swabian Potato Salad
- boil and peel potatoes, leave them to cool
- dissolve the stock cube in 1/4 cup of water
- chop the onion into small pieces, add it to the stock
- add mustard, pepper, vinegar, parsley and oil to taste
- add the dressing to the cold potatoes
