Ingredients6-8 tomatillos, peeled, washed and cored
1 jalapeno pepper
4-5 whole green onions
Pinch sugar (optional)
2 large handfuls of cilantro

Broil or grill the tomatillos, green onions (remove tips) and pepper until charred.
Toss tomatillos, onions and jalapeno into food processor. If you want less heat, seed the jalapeno first.
Pulse into chopped but not liquid. Add the salt and pepper (plus sugar if you want to take the edge of the tartness). Toss in cilantro and pulse.
Serve as salsa with chips, over grilled fish or chicken, enchiladas, nachos or tacos. DELISH!
