I like the name of your Kebab. lol.. We have a traditional kebab (Bangladesh/India) called "shami kebab' and 'shami' means husband... so your kebab will be nice company to mine.. :D

Tarhana is soupmix which is Turkish traditional soup.It is known as the first soupmix in history. Women in the villages in Turkiye, prepare the integrients at the end of the summer. Lots of vegetables must be put in yogurt. After a while put some flover in the mixture. And than this mixture get dry under the sun. After it has been dried this soup material kept in a jar for winter:)
