Ingredients
4 tbsp flour2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
a dash of vanilla esence
1tbsp oil
a large coffee mug or a bowl
How to make 3 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
1. Mix the dry ingredients very well.
2. whip the wet ingredients seperately.
3. Blend both wet and dry ingredients together and make sure there are no lumps...use a fork instead of spoon.
4. You can microwave the blended thick liquid in the same bowl or mug for 3 minutes.
5. Dont panic if the cake rises to the top..it wont overflow.
voilaa! your chocolate cake is ready....serve with cream or better still icecream. very quick enough when u have a sudden sweet tooth craving..
