2 eggs4 tsp butter2 tsp light miso paste

How to make Miso Fried Eggs

Melt butter over medium heat in a non-stick slillet.
Add the miso paste and combine.
Gently break the eggs over the miso misture.
Continue to cook gently over medium heat until cooked as desired.
Serve right away
