4-6 king oyster mushrooms (about 2/3 lb)
2 tablespoons butter
coarse sea salt
How to make Roasted King Oyster Mushrooms
Dot the mushrooms with the butter and roast at 325 degrees for one hour, basting 2-3 times until well browned. Season with coarse sea salt.
