Ingredients

• 1 lb chicken tenders
  
• 1/8 cup tequila (whatever you have on hand!)
  
• 1/8 cup lime juice
  
• chopped fresh cilantro
  
• EVOO
  
• Sea salt
  

How to make Tequila-Lime Chicken

Throw it all in a ziploc bag and marinate overnight. The acid from the lime will cook the chicken, but this will be fall-apart tender when you grill it the next day!

This is my staple chicken I use for taco night!
