4 sprigs of lettuce1 cup crotons
2 tbsp Caesar dressing
1/2 cup cooked chicken meat

Sometimes I just used left over bread and make crotons, cut the stale bread into small cubes and heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp butter and toss the bread till light crisp .
