1/2 chicken-cut in bite size
1 large red onion
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 " ginger
1 red chilly
1 large tomato-cut in wedges
2 potatoes-quartered
1 tsp fennel powder-(jintan manis)
1 tsp cumin powder-(jintan putih)
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 cardamoms
2 cloves
2" stick cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 lemon-extra juice
2 cups water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

How to make Chicken Kurma

1.Blend the onion, garlic and ginger till fine. Saute them in heat 3 tbsp oil till aroma. Add spices and red chilly.
2.Add chicken and potatoes. Stir well.
3. Add water and let simmer till potatoes are tender, add tomato.
4. Mix milk and lemon juice and pour into chicken and stir well for 5 mins.
5. The gravy should be thicken not watery. Serve hot with rice.

Kurma is a non spicy dish.
