Ingredients

100 gm fettuccine-cooked to soften
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped red onion
5 cherry tomatoes
5 fish balls -cut half
5 crab sticks -cut half
1 squid-cut strips
3 tbsp spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp white sauce
dash oregano
dash parsley
dash black pepper
1/2 cup water or stock
2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil

How to make Fettuccine with seafood


1. Cooked fettuccine according to packet instruction.
2. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, saute garlic and onion.
3. Add seafood and tomatoes.Stir well.
4. Add remaining ingredients including fettuccine. Mix well.
5. Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desire.
