Ingredients

240 gm butter
200gm sugar
1 tbsp honey
4 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
200gm flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
50 gm Nestum cereal

For topping :- optional
1 tbsp almond flakes
1 tbsp Nestum cereal

How to make Nestum family cake

1. Beat butter, sugar and honey till creamy and pale.
2. Add egg one at a time and mix well.
3 . Mix flour , salt, nestum and baking powder together.Add into creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
4. Beat till smooth.
5, Greased a 9" cake tin , pour batter into it and sprinkle almond flakes and nestum over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 180  C for 45 mins or till cake is done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Cool. Serve.
