Ingredients
1 large brinjal1 red chilly, chopped
1 stalk curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 red onion-sliced
1 tbsp tamarind
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
How to make Roasted mushy brinjal
1.Roast brinjal under fire till char until soften .Peel of the burn skin. Mash with a folk.
2.Saute onion,chilly, curry leaves and mustard seeds in 3 tbsp oil. Add the brinjal and combine.
3. Add tamarind to water, Squeeze to get juice. add to brinjal. Mixed well and add salt to taste.
4. Cook till water evaporated. Serve with rice.
