Ingredients

2 3/4 cups flour
2 cup water
1 pkt instant coconut milk powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs

How to make Roti jala- lacey crepes


1. Mix to a consistency batter and put into a cup with few holes at the bottom.
2. Swirl around on a heated grill or non stick pan, like a thin pancake. Cook one side. Fold in quarter. Serve with curry or condense milk.

    Yes , its very nice and becoz of the coconut milk taste and its can be eaten with curry of your choice or even with chocolate sauce or condense milk. If you dont have the "jala" cup , you can make it like any pancake or crepe, equally good and nice.!

    can i use coconut milk in can instead of coconut powder, cause in my place hard to find coconut powder.

    yes you can use 2 cups coconut milk ,omit water and coconut powder. if you used thick creamy coconut to have to add half part water .
