4 cups flour
3 tbsp milk powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 egg
3/4 cup warm water

1 tbsp butter

roasted garlic


How to make Soft Garlic Bread

1. Mix all the ingredients except the butter and knead to s soft dough, while kneading add butter and knead well until you get soft non sticky dough.
2. Leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
3.Punch down the dough to lose some air. Knead to form oblong shape. Cut 6 pieces.
4. Fold each dough like wrapping a parcel. Make a split in the middle .
5. Brush with butter and sprinkle with roasted garlic and parsley. Leave to rise again.
6. Bake in preheated oven (250 C) for 20 mins. Serve .
