Creamy potato soup

Ingredients
  • 6 small potato ( diced)
  • 1 can luncheon meat ( diced)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp granulated chicken stock
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • parsley
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
  • Boiled potato with salt till tender, drain till 2 cups water
  • Take half boiled potato and 2 cup water from potato and blend till smooth
  • In a pan stir fry onion and butter, add luncheon meat, potato blend and potato cube, 2 cup water
  • Cooked till boil, add milk, corn starch,granulated chicken stock, parsley
  • Stir well, last add cheese
