Ingredients
4 portions- 4 Artichokes
- 2 Onions
- 1 Potatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Orange
- Bean Sprouts
- 1 lt Water
- 90 gr Virgin Olive OilÂ
- 20 gr Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon)
- 5 gr Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Dill
How to make sunset of artichoke
- take a wide stewpot
- put the artichokes face downwards
- dissolve the sugar in the water
- pour the water
- add the chopped onions,potatoes,carrots and bean sprouts
- pour olive oil
- pour a waterglass of fresh orange juice/half waterglass of fresh lemon juice
- add salt
- after it boils down fire
- leave at low heat for an hour
- serve cold
