1 five pound rump roast
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
1 jar pepperoncini
1 bottle of beer
How to make Susie's Italian Beef
Combine all of the ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker and cook until the beef shreds.
Serve on soft rolls with provel cheese.
