How to make Basil Medamayaki
Family breakfast after a day at the farmer's market!
- Heat large pan to medium heat w/oil.
- Crack eggs in pan. season.
- Wait till the whites become slightly cooked.
- Turn the heat on high, pour a few tablespoons of water and close the lid for one minute.
serve hot.
