Lard-a-licious biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup of cake flour1 cup of all-purpose flour, preferably White Lily
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/3 cup fats. I go with half lard and half butter-flavor Crisco
3/4 cup milk, a little more if necessary
*White Lily is known for its low protein content, which is good news for your biscuits.
How to make Lard-a-licious biscuits
Combine dry. Cut in fats. Add milk in well. Mix as little as possible.
Drop biscuits on pan or roll out and cut.
