Ingredients
- 4 stallks of asparagus
- red chilli (the big ones)
- basil leaves
- celery leaves
How to make Lime Basil Chicken
- marinate the chicken with a dash of starch, salt, light soya sauce, pepper and sesame oil
- throw everything together in the pan and stir fry
- add the basil leaves and a sprinkling of lime towards the end
- serve with rice
Basil leaves and chilli are my favs! This seems so simple yet so delicious~
