    I use honey in my blender to sweeten a quick imitation of YuanYang (Creamy "Milk" Coffee/Tea). Other than that, I tend to sit on it till guests want it in hot tea. So this is a really inspiring new take on dessert for me. Thanks for sharing this, I'd never read about tomatoes as a dessert!
