    Really yummy, but because I'm a meat eater, I tweaked the recipe quite a bit. I first put a small amount of canned spaghetti sauce on top of the fillo dough as the foundation of my creation to make it a little heartier. Then, I cooked up small peices of bacon and threw in some frozen spinach to cook with the bacon fat. Once that was cooked up and on my dough, I added a little bit of minced garlic, fresh basil, and black olives in as well. I didn't forget the goat cheese or tomatoes(probably one of the most important ingredients to the whole flavor, in my opinion). To top things off I covered the whole pizza with shredded mozarella cheese. I guess it's more of an American twist, but it went over really well with my friends.

    Yum! This sounds good! I bet it would also work well with the herbed goat cheese (garlic/basil)!
