Ingredients

• Pureed Mango

• Chilled Champagne

• Lime

How to make Chamango!

This simple concoction is inspired by a drink called Bellini, made from peach puree and champagne. The name for this drink is simply: Champagne + Mango = Chamango (I have to give my friend credit for this brillant name ^_^).

Here goes:

Fill champagne glass with 1/3 full mango puree. Top with champagne and add three drops of lime to serve. Let's Chamango!!!

  If you can get some, I'd recommend substituting elderflower for the mango for another tasty variation...

  Chamango! is my favorite new drink that I'll be sipping on New Year's Eve. Also, "Chamango!" has replaced "Pilluxurous" as my portmonteau du jour. Cheers!
