Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked oatmeal
10 egg whites
1/2 large banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tsp sugar

How to make Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes


Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until everything is broken down into a liquid. Heat a griddle and pour 1/4 cup onto the hot griddle. Cook until bubbles start to form, and then flip them. Serve warm topped with sliced bananas and cinnamon if you like.

    Oh, yes, these pancakes are very easy and tasty. I buy my oatmeal from the pharmacy to be sure it's gluten free. But if you have no some intolerance problems will be easier to prepare these with a normal commercial oatmeal:)

    I tried these pancakes the other day and they're very easy to make: The batter is made in a couple of minutes and the pancakes cooks quickly. And they're just as yummy as I had hoped. Thanks for sharing!

    It's very easy and fast to do. If you have a food processor you'll be ready with the batter in 1 minute:) two more minutes for grilling:) The fastest recipe I have. And it's perfect not only for teens but for everybody because of the high quantity of fiber and good carbs. It's a lot more healthy than the original pancakes made with white flour and egg yolks which are actualy distroing our digestion.
