zoridream saysOh, yes, these pancakes are very easy and tasty. I buy my oatmeal from the pharmacy to be sure it's gluten free. But if you have no some intolerance problems will be easier to prepare these with a normal commercial oatmeal:)

hannahcol saysi have to make a breakfast cereal for food tech at school on tuesday, is this quick and easy of does it take a while to get all the ingredients right?? would it be a good breakfast cereal for teenagers like myself? many thanks! :)

zoridream saysIt's very easy and fast to do. If you have a food processor you'll be ready with the batter in 1 minute:) two more minutes for grilling:) The fastest recipe I have. And it's perfect not only for teens but for everybody because of the high quantity of fiber and good carbs. It's a lot more healthy than the original pancakes made with white flour and egg yolks which are actualy distroing our digestion.
