ShoggothDreams saysThat looks amazing. Such an elegant variation on salad. Does the cheese melt and blend to "bond" the ingredients, or it only the mayonnaise acting as a binder?

zoridream saysIf you add the cheese while the potatoes and all other vegetables are still hot (just dried) it will melt. This salad is a great cold appetizer, I make it not only when I have friends for dinner, but just for myself too, because I like it very much! Trust me, it's really good!:):) Hope you'll like it!
